ORGANIC FERTILIZER

ORGANIC WASTE MANAGEMENT

Organic Waste Management is pre-consumer food waste. It provides a feedstock for anaerobic digestion with BioStar’s SuperSix™ Organic Fertilizer and clean water as a by-product.

MANURE MANAGEMENT

Converting animal waste into fertilizer and renewable energy.

Manure management is a process by which BioStar’s operations work to keep the soil and watershed from contamination by taking Confined Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) waste via anaerobic digestion to produce fertilizer and energy. BioStar’s SuperSix™ Organic Fertilizer and clean water are by-products.

WASTE-TO-FERTILIZER PROCESS VIDEO

Our proprietary process involves a solid-liquid separation system that produces the same centrifuge system to remove the fiber, separate the suspended solids and reverse osmosis, which separates the dissolved solids and then removes water and concentrates the Nitrogen, resulting in the final product — SuperSix™ Organic Liquid Fertilizer.
