SuperSix™ ORGANIC LIQUID FERTILIZER
SuperSix™ is the first true 6% nitrogen, 100% plant available, certified organic and OMRI Listed nitrogen fertilizer. Our translucent, liquid, ammoniacal nitrogen-fertilizer flows freely through irrigation / fertigation delivery systems as well as drip-tape delivery fertigation systems. It will not clog, has a non-offensive odor, and is concentrated.
SuperSix™ meets the NOP requirements for use in organic farming. By concentrating the product, we reduce water content in the liquid to decrease our shipping costs. SuperSix™ is easy to handle, will not settle, and has a very low freezing temperature. SuperSix™ is free of pathogens and harmful bacteria, which are destroyed during the high-temperature anaerobic digestion process.
BioStar’s patent number, US 2013/0283872, is for the concentration of nitrogen into a liquid fertilizer product derived from the effluent from anaerobic digestion. Nitrogen is a compound of ammonia produced by anaerobic digestion, which drives the major value of the fertilizer component of SuperSix™. Clean water is also a by-product of BioStar’s nutrient recovery system, reducing water pollution in the surrounding ecosystem.

ORGANIC GRANULAR FERTILIZER
BioStar’s patented technologies is to concentrate the nitrogen from Perfect Blend's patented manure drying process, into our OMRI Listed SuperSix™ Organic Liquid Nitrogen Fertilizer. Our process captures the moisture from the drying process, cleaning and concentrating the nitrogen.

CLEAN WATER
For every 100,000 gallons of manure treated, BioStar’s proprietary process gives back 78,000 gallons of clean water that can be recycled back into the farming system to irrigate crops or feed livestock. In some instances, BioStar obtains discharge permits allowing the clean water to be released into a local body of water or stream.
This process allows for nutrients to be returned to farm fields without damaging the environment or riparian systems, all while reducing operational farm costs.

Our plants are currently producing 1,000,000+ gallons of SuperSix™ per year, primarily serving the west coast markets. COMPOSTABLE FIBER
Between 10% and 20% of the feedstock input to our system comes out in the form of solids. These solids have valuable nutrients embedded in them and can be transferred and/or sold to nearby composting facilities.

PERFECT BLEND FERTILIZER PLANT
Othello, WA
In mid-2017, BioStar Organics, LLC formed a partnership with Perfect Blend, an Organic Fertilizer manufacturer and distributor located in Othello, WA to install and operate a facility that produces BioStar’s SuperSix™ Liquid Organic Fertilizer — utilizing BioStar’s patented technology. The facility will produce approximately 500,000 gallons of produce annually and has contracted all of the production for the next five years.
