Santa Margarita Ecological Reserve (SMER) Drone Footage

The City of Temecula approved a Solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with BioStar Renewables, enabling the city to purchase affordable, renewable electricity from our solar plant. The city can use the power across various facilities and will save approximately 10% compared to grid supplied electricity.
