Westridge Gardens – Raytown, MO – LED Lighting Project – Raytown

In 2015, Tutera Group began retrofitting fluorescent and metal halide fixtures throughout their senior living and commercial real estate portfolio. Westridge Gardens benefitted from interior and exterior commercial LED lighting upgrades, consisting of more than 150 fixtures. The turnkey installation resulted in a zero-maintenance solution and more than 140,000 kWh saved annually.
